1.2 How to view course session information
- When clicking on a class with ongoing lessons, the default display is the menu for ongoing lessons.
- When clicking on a class without ongoing lessons, the default display is the menu for Not started lessons.
- If there are no not started lessons in the class, the default display is the menu for ended lessons.

1.5 Temporary room
- Lessons created by teachers through 【New room】or【Schedule】will be displayed as 【Temporary Classroom】

2. Locking mode
Windows/Mac/iPad/Android Pad/iOS/Android:
New locking mode, lecture control upgrade.
- Teachers/assistants can set the "locking mode" switch in [Settings] - [Others].
- When the lockinge mode is turned on, the classroom will remain maximized and on top after students enter the classroom using the computer terminal; once students enter the classroom using the mobile terminal, they will automatically exit the classroom once they switch to other software.

- When the locking mode is turned on
Computer students and other users will be prompted: locking learning mode has been enabled.
Mobile students will be prompted: locking learning mode has been enabled, Neukol will automatically exit the classroom when running in the background
Mobile students running Neukol client in the background will exit the classroom, and you will see a prompte on the homepage: locking learning mode has been enabled, Neukol will automatically exit the classroom when running in the background

3. Focus mode
Windows/Mac/iPad/Android Pad/iOS/Android:
- The "All students see only the teacher" setting has been adjusted to "Focus mode", which supports students to see only the teacher and themselves in the seating area when it is turned on.
- Teachers/assistants can set the "Focus Mode" switch in [Settings] - [Others].
- When the focus mode is on, all student sitting areas look only at the teacher and themselves.
- When Focus Mode is turned on, all users are prompted: Focus Mode has been enabled.

- When Focus Mode has been enabled, only 2 videos are displayed in the sitting area on the student side.

4. Laser upgrade
Windows/Mac/iPad/Android Pad/iOS/Android:
Teacher laser upgraded to support simultaneous use with other blackboard tools.
- The teacher's laser is a global laser that supports simultaneous use with other blackboard tools and can be synchronized across all types of courseware (including audio and video) / portrait video / tools.
- The teacher clicks on the laser to turn on the laser switch. At this point the teacher sees the mouse as the other Blackboard tool selected, and everyone else sees the laser .

- The teacher clicks the laser again, which turns off the laser switch.
5. Desktop sharing video on stage
Windows/Mac/iPad/Android Pad/iOS/Android:
Supports video-on-stage function when desktop sharing, up to 1 person's portrait video can be displayed in the sharing screen.
- When desktop sharing, the teacher/assistant gets the user on and off the desk.
Includes: double-clicking on videos, clicking on rosters/tools/hands up [on stage] buttons, shortcuts, and more.
Dragging videos up and down the stage is not supported. - The upstage video can only be moved and zoomed within the shared screen.
When the shared screen is scaled, the upstage video will be scaled with it.

- When the shared desktop/blackboard mode are switched to each other, the video that was on the desk will automatically return to the seating area.
- If 1 user is already on stage at the time of sharing, and the teacher/assistant then operates another user, it will prompt: only 1 user is supported on stage at a time.
- When a low version/performance computer is used as the originating end, the video-on-stage feature is not supported in that classroom when using share
6. Blackboard Tool Shortcuts
Windows/Mac:
PC users can use shortcuts to switch between Blackboard tools.
- Toolbar tool switching is currently supported, as well as quick switching of shapes, thickness/size, and color when brush and text tools are selected.

7. Browser Share Sound
Windows/Mac:
Teachers support turning on [Share Sound] when sharing browser tool
- The teacher can click on the small arrow next to the 【Share】 icon in the browser to set the 【Share Sound】 switch.
When a teacher shares his/her own web page, turn on 【Share Sound】, and the teacher's own computer sound will be shared with the whole group.
When the teacher switches the viewpoint and shares a student's webpage on the computer, turn on 【Share Sound】, and the student's computer sound will be shared with the whole class. - 【Share Sound】 Sharing of Windows and Mac device sound is supported only, and it takes effect only when the browser is shared.

Optimized Feature
1. Courseware Testing
iPad/Android Pad/iOS/Android:
Device test on mobile, with a new courseware test session.
- Possible problems with the opening of courseware can be handled according to the problem guide and solution.
If this is not possible, contact customer service.

2. Data synchronization
Windows/Mac/iPad/Android Pad/iOS/Android:
Users can synchronize the teacher's latest data when they find that their in-classroom data does not match the teacher's end.
- Users can click the 【Refresh】 button on the title bar in the classroom, and when they click the button they will be synchronized with the latest data on the teacher's end.
- The range of synchronized data includes: blackboard + courseware + on-stage videos + tools.
- When initiating breakout room discussions, it cannot be used.
